ALDI in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Full-Time Store Associate. You will merchandise, stock, cashier, and maintain a clean, safe store environment, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will operate the POS system, assist with curbside pickup, and support management to achieve sales and loss-prevention goals. Starting wage is $19/hour with scheduled increases in year 2–5. This role requires good communication and reliability in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product to maintain attractive shelves and displays.
• Cashier and process customer purchases using the POS system.
• Keep store clean and organized, following health and safety policies.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and timely delivery to customers.
• Follow loss prevention procedures and report discrepancies to management.
• Support management to improve store efficiency and customer service.
