Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time PORTER in Highlands Ranch, CO. Location is at 8906 South Ridgeline Boulevard. Two years of restaurant experience required. Hours are Monday through Friday; pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour. Internal referral bonus available.

Job duties include maintaining cleanliness of the front of the house, bussing tables, transporting dishes, washing dishes, and ensuring sanitation and HACCP standards. Benefits are offered to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant experience required.
• Ability to follow HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows and beverage station.
• Bus tables, clear floors during peak times and prep areas before service.
• Transport dishes and utensils safely between front of house and kitchen using trays or carts.
• Wash dishes and clean cooking stations, ensuring sanitation.
• Scrape and rinse food residues, load washers or racks as appropriate.
• Keep display equipment clean and safe throughout meal service.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and moving stock safely.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
