Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front-of-house areas and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and HACCP-like standards during service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including all tables, counters, floors, windows and beverage station.
• Ensures tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned; floors swept during peak service and prepped for service.
• Transports dishes safely to kitchen areas using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
• Washes dishes and cleans stations to maintain sanitation and smooth service.
• Handles heavy deliveries from dock and transfers to storage while observing safe lifting standards.
• Adheres to company policies and uses appropriate gloves/equipment for handling utensils and hot items.
• Maintains proper presentation and serving temperatures in line with standards.
