Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong sanitation habits.

• Strong customer service abilities: actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

• Greeting residents and guests and taking beverage orders.
• Takes questions about the menu and takes food orders, describing ingredients and methods.
• Submits food orders into the kitchen via POS.
• Serves entrees to residents and guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Maintains a pleasant dining experience and checks on residents during meals.
• Performs clean-up duties after meals and prepares for the next meal.
• Keeps tables clean and properly set up, stocks service areas.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
