Job summary

Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village in Central Oregon is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to maintain clean and welcoming resident homes and common areas. The role offers a regular Mon-Fri 8:00AM-4:30PM schedule and starts at $20.00/hour, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will be English-proficient, reliable, and able to interact warmly with residents, families, and team members. Experience in a resort or retirement community is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred but not required: experience as a housekeeper in a resort or retirement community.
• Be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain patient and tactful composure with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Have reliable and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each resident’s home and the community’s common areas are exceptionally clean, healthy, and pleasant for residents and guests.
