Job summary

Inspira Education Group is seeking an experienced MCAT Tutor to provide one-on-one MCAT preparation remotely. This full-time role allows work from anywhere in the United States or Canada, with a 40-hour week including tutoring and prep time scheduled around student availability, including weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

You will tutor all MCAT sections, develop individualized study plans, track progress, and keep families updated on milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• MCAT score of 521+ required.
• 2+ years MCAT tutoring experience required.
• Available to tutor weekday afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Able to tutor across all MCAT sections.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one across all MCAT sections.
• Develop and adapt MCAT study plans based on individual needs.
• Track and analyze student progress and performance.
• Create and maintain project trackers for MCAT progress.
• Keep families updated on progress and milestones.
• Provide guidance on MCAT content, strategy and test-taking skills.
• Leading webinars or training other tutors when needed.
