Broad River Rehab in Bells, TN is seeking a full-time Rehab Technician to support our therapy team in a skilled nursing facility. You will transport patients, prepare treatment areas, and assist licensed therapists in patient care while maintaining privacy and professional standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to patient rights, with opportunities to engage in telehealth and therapy workflows in a growing rehab company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to lift 40+ pounds and assist adults/children.
• Type at least 40 words per minute.

Responsabilités

• Transport and move patients as directed.
• Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for treatments; assist/ facilitate telehealth visits.
• Assist licensed personnel in patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality; HIPAA compliance.
• Build rehabilitative care relationships with staff and families.
• Maintain documentation and signatures.
• Follow dress code and patient rights.
• Ensure supplies are available.
• Communicate with appropriate personnel.
