Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans for patients.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families on healthy eating habits and disease management.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive nutrition care plans.
