Dental Hygienists are vital in patient education and preventative care, working closely with our doctors. We provide a supportive environment with opportunities to learn new technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform clinical procedures: oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings, and x-rays
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, providing instructions and demonstrations
  • Communicate with doctors about restorative and periodontal needs
  • Review and update dental and health history records

Qualifications

  • Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program and valid state license
  • X-Ray/Radiology Certification as required by state regulations
  • Local Anesthesia/Nitrous Oxide certification if mandated by state regulations

Working Environment & Physical Requirements
