Connect n Care is proud to announce our brand new ABA center in Charlotte, NC. We have been providing home-based services to clients throughout North Carolina for 3 years and are excited about the opportunity to serve even more clients at our new center. We are looking for exceptional RBTs to help us change lives.
As an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT), you know the power of your work and the impact you make every day in the lives of your clients and their families. Center Location: 6634 Old Statesville Rd, Charlotte, NC 28269
Center Hours: Monday - Friday / 8 AM - 6 PM
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: Current RBTs start at $21-24/hour (based on years of experience)
Growth Incentives: Up to a $1/hour raise every 6 months
Bonus: $50 bi-weekly bonus for converting your sessions in a timely manner

Our qualified and professional team of BCBAs and RBTs use their years of expertise and knowledge to develop comprehensive ABA behavior treatment plans to improve the social, communication, adaptive living, and behavioral aspects of each individual client. POSITION DETAILS
As a Behavior Technician/ Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder, providing ABA therapy, whether it be from a patient's home, school, or in the community.
As a Behavior Technician, You Will
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and community environments
Follow an individualized treatment plan tailormade by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to address and improve deficits
Implement behavior plans created by the BCBA
Collect data through observation and submit detailed session notes
Participate in training and team meetings
Collaborate with supervisors and peers
Some of the areas you will address with your client may include:
Language acquisition
Functional communication training
Social skills training
Daily living skills
Decreasing maladaptive behaviors
Community safety skills
Toilet training
Executive function training
Requirements
Current RBT certification or completed the 40-hour RBT training course within the last 12 months
Must have experience working as a BT or RBT in Applied Behavior Analysis
Minimum educational requirement of a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
Strong work ethic
Ability to obtain required certifications and training (i.e. First Aid)
Reliable transportation with a current and clear driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check including FBI and child abuse clearances
