Connect n Care is proud to announce our new ABA center in Charlotte, NC. We have been providing home-based services throughout North Carolina for 3 years and are excited to expand to our new center. We seek exceptional RBTs to help us change lives.
As an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT), you understand the impact of your work in clients' and families' lives. We value your dedication and want to invite you to join a company that appreciates and rewards you.
Center Location: 6634 Old Statesville Rd, Charlotte, NC 28269
Center Hours: Monday - Friday / 8 AM - 6 PM
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: Starting at $21-24/hour based on experience
Growth Incentives: Up to $1/hour raise every 6 months
Bonus: $50 bi-weekly for timely session conversions
