Telecare is seeking a Full Time Recovery Specialist II - Mental Health to join the Sarpy Recovery Center in Bellevue, NE. The role provides care to clients with mental health needs, following individual service plans under Medicaid standards and state guidelines.

Shifts are Full-Time with PM coverage; starting wage ranges from $15.54 to $18.73 per hour depending on location and experience. The position requires CPR, First Aid, CPI certification, a valid driver’s license, and a clean background

Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid and CPI certified on date of employment or prior to direct client care
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Successful completion of post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD, and background checks
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance in your name

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

Expected starting wage range is $15.54 - $18.73.Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Bachelor’s degree; or 2 years course work and 2 years training / experience or 2 years’ lived experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
