Daily Responsibilities

Maintain store cleanliness and presentation, receive and replenish merchandise by safely unloading, moving, and stocking products. Be prepared for physical demands, including proper lifting, replacing damaged shelving, organizing the backroom, handling hazardous materials, and maintaining equipment. Assist customers when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, stock, and replenish products
• Follow safe lifting procedures
• Keep aisles clean, organized, and safe
• Engage positively with customers, vendors, and staff
• Report safety or security concerns

• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and hear effectively
• Proficiency with smartphones and retail technology
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment
• Warehouse experience involving inventory handling and stocking
