The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, assisting with merchandise, and performing specific tasks related to their role. Seasonal Associates may be considered for any of these roles based on hiring needs.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally require travel for meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Typically scheduled for 10 to 40 hours; additional hours may be required.
• Availability: Must be available morning, afternoon, and evening any day, except Receiver/Stocker which requires late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as prolonged standing and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, or 10 pounds for CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• 6 months of experience with computers and handheld devices for CSAs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift/power equipment (3 months for roles like assembler and receiver/stocker).
• 6 months retail experience for CSAs.
