The role includes clinical duties and occasional front-desk tasks to ensure a smooth, patient‑centered experience. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of RDA experience, and bilingual English/Spanish; CPR and RDA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year RDA experience.
• Medical Technology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in patient care by assisting the Dentist during treatment.
• Prepare materials and equipment for dental procedures.
• Take x-rays and assist with laboratory work.
• Maintain a clean, sterile operatory and comply with ADA guidelines.
• Record patient data, health history, and treatment notes.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and front desk tasks as needed.
