Job summary

St. John's Community Health is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support the dentist in patient care, discuss patient needs, and assist with restorative and surgical procedures. The role includes preparing patients and materials, taking x-rays, and handling administrative tasks in a busy clinic.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of RDA experience, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. CPR and RDA licensure are required where applicable.

• Medical Technology knowledge.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Actively assist the Dentist in restorative dentistry and oral surgery.
• Prepare patients for treatment and discuss needs and concerns.
• Take x-rays and maintain radiography safety.
• Prepare tray setups and maintain supplies for procedures.
• Record patient charts and ensure doctor signs treatment records.
