Job summary

Airborne ABA is a fast-growing ABA therapy provider dedicated to helping children thrive at home, in school, and in the community. We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in Henderson, 5-10 miles from Brighton & Commerce City, Colorado and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Full-time, in-person role with paid training, certification support, and ongoing supervision from BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ABA or childcare experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.
