Job summary

Airborne ABA in Henderson, Colorado, near Denver, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and developmental needs. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and collaborate with families and schools to effect lasting change.

We offer paid training and RBT certification support if needed, ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs, and a supportive team culture as we grow across Colorado.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and consistency.
• ABA or childcare experience a plus (not required — we provide training!)

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.
