Qualificações

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with students with severe disabilities.
• Experience in social, emotional, behavioral programs is beneficial but not required.
• Experience implementing individualized behavior programs.
• Ability to collaborate with program-based teams.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsabilidades

• Work under the direction of the special education teacher and principal.
• Provide positive behavior supports and implement behavior programming.
• Provide behavior data support in therapeutic programs if assigned.
• Conduct behavior interventions for complex behavior needs.
• Collect and record behavior data on assigned students.
• Collect data for functional behavior assessments under BCBA supervision.
• Model and train instructional assistants in behavior programs.
• Complete student progress reports as requested.
