ConnectedHealth is seeking a Full Time Radiology Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging in a patient-focused environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, ensure safety and ALARA principles, and document imaging in the EMR.
Responsibilities include obtaining optimal images, explaining procedures to patients, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with radiologists and nurses to coordinate care. ARRT certification and Kansas licensure are required, along with BLS.

Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures per physician orders
Explain procedures and address patient questions before exams
Position patients accurately to obtain optimal diagnostic images
Operate radiology equipment safely and efficiently following established protocols
Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and ALARA principles
Review images for quality and accuracy before submission to the interpreting physician
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation in the electronic medical record
Monitor patient condition during imaging and respond to needs
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate care
Maintain imaging equipment and report maintenance or repair needs promptly
Adhere to hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and infection prevention protocols
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout every interaction
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Current ARRT certification required
Current Kansas Radiologic Technologist licensure or eligibility for licensure
Current BLS certification
Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures and radiation safety practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Hospital-based radiology experience
Experience with digital radiography and PACS systems
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to diagnostic image quality
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Exceptional customer service and patient care skills
You hold ARRT certification and Kansas radiology licensure. You have hospital radiology experience with digital imaging systems. You excel at patient care, safety, and image quality
