Qualifications

• CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED; Nurse Technician Training or CNA program completion.
• 0–6 months related healthcare experience.
• Strong organization and prioritization capabilities; detail-oriented documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care under supervision of an Oklahoma-licensed nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and unit-specific tasks.
• Document data such as vitals, I&O, and treatments accurately.
• Communicate patient needs to the licensed nurse in a timely manner.
• Transport patients, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly patient room/unit; participate in in-services.
