Qualifications

• Performs patient care under supervision following nursing standards.
• Assists with ADLs and reports patient needs promptly.
• Records vital signs, intake/output, and treatments accurately.
• Completes unit duties and adheres to care standards.
• Attends mandatory in-services and educational activities.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to an assigned group of patients using basic skills.
• Performs procedural tasks and assists ADLs considering patient factors.
• Observes and reports patient condition to the licensed nurse.
• Documents data according to unit/hospital policy.
• Transports supplies and supports environmental cleanliness.
