Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant - FT to join our growing team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation is $25.00 - $32.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
