Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. This full-time position pays $25.00–$32.00/hour and requires licensure as a PTA.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PTA license in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

• Identify suitable patients and coordinate with PT for eval/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all physician orders.
