Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Illinois. This opportunity supports professional growth with a collaborative team and clinical education.

You will provide PT treatments under supervision, help select patients for therapy, ensure compliant documentation, and coordinate with the PT and care team to achieve quality outcomes while maintaining licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• AS degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and on file.
