Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Illinois. You will provide PT treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
