Job summary

Bradford Hills Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will help residents improve mobility, strength, safety, and independence.

You will deliver treatment programs, assist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility tasks, monitor progress, and document care.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment programs established by the Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, balance, and functional activities.
• Monitor progress and communicate observations to the supervising therapist and care team.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Support a resident-centered, collaborative rehabilitation environment.
