Job summary

Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. You will assist licensed physical therapists, help design and implement patient treatment plans, and contribute to achieving patient goals in a skilled nursing setting.

Ideal candidates have PA PTA certification, an Associate's degree, and prior experience in rehabilitation or SNF environments.

Qualifications

• Current PTA certification is required in Pennsylvania.
• Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Studies or related field.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and interventions per guidelines.
• Provide exercise instruction, modalities and other therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure seamless care and communication.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
