• Graduate from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments as outlined in the established plan of care.
• Accurately document treatment sessions using Net Health electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate changes in condition.
• Educate residents and families on exercises, mobility, and safety techniques.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
