Job summary

Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster (OAL) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed therapists in patient rehabilitation at the Spooky Nook Sports Complex in Manheim, PA. The role focuses on improving mobility, function, and strength through tailored therapy plans.

You will work in a patient-centered environment with a team of clinicians and staff, providing hands-on assistance, documenting progress, and educating patients and families for home programs.

Qualifications

• A valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Assistant license is required.
• A current CPR certification is required.
• EPIC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in preparing for therapy and return to daily activities.
• Assist with dressing and braces management and fittings.
• Record progress data during therapy sessions.
• Measure and track range of motion.
• Order supplies.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises after treatment.
• Other duties as assigned.
