Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time work in Macomb, IL, focused on skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will provide treatments under a licensed PT and coordinate with evaluators to select appropriate patients.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
