Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Shelby, NC is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team at White Oak Manor Shelby. The position offers 35 hours per week with full benefits and a pay range of $30–$34 per hour based on experience.

As a PTA, you will assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, and document progress in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a PTA, or licensure eligibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Document treatments, progress, and responses in the EHR.
• Collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
