Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Woodbury, NJ. This role provides physical therapy treatments under a licensed PT and works in SNF/Long-Term Care settings.

Formación

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide PT treatments under supervision of a licensed PT per state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referrals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and ensure orders are up to date.
