Tender Touch Rehab Services in Woodbury, NJ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $42.00 per hour, with a full-time schedule in SNF and long-term care settings.

The PTA will provide treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, identify suitable patients, coordinate evaluations, and document to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist per state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
