Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time work in SNF and long-term care settings. The compensation is $34.00–$42.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree in PTA and a current PTA license in the state, plus strong communication and organizational skills, to support a patient-centered rehabilitation program.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree in PTA is required.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
