Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on a full-time basis in a SNF / Long-Term Care setting. Must hold a current PTA license to practice in the state. Compensation ranges from $34.00 to $42.00 per hour with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist according to state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
