Tender Touch Rehab Services in Vernon, CT is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. This position operates in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting as part of the Enhance Therapies family.

You will provide physical therapy treatments under supervision, identify suitable patients for therapy, collaborate with the PT and team, and maintain regulatory documentation to ensure high-quality care.

Formación

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
