Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant in Vernon, CT, offering $36.00–$40.00 per hour and a $2,000 bonus. Employment is in SNF/long-term care with strong clinical education support and growth opportunities.

You will provide PTA services under a licensed PT, participate in patient care planning, and collaborate with the team to deliver quality outcomes while maintaining regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• AT PTA program accreditation as per APTA standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to achieve quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and properly obtained.
