Concept Rehab in Monroe, MI is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team in skilled nursing and rehab. You will assist licensed PTs, implement individualized plans, and help patients regain mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Michigan PTA license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, patients, and families to support quality care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety techniques.
