Village Place Health and Rehab is seeking a dynamic and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in a fully renovated 104-bed skilled nursing facility. This full-time role offers a stable position within a single location, with in-house rehab services led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation.
You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, using Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for efficient documentation.

- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
