Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions.
• Improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members.
