Job summary

The Caring Place in Franklin, PA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our therapy team as a full-time clinician. You will screen, evaluate, and update plans of care under physician supervision, helping residents achieve functional goals with compassionate care.

Requirements include a BS/MS/DO in physical therapy, an active PA license, and strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Supervision of PTAs and adherence to FP policies are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate and discharge plan, and revise in the plan of care as supervised by the physician.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
