Job summary

Her Wellness Therapy seeks a committed psychotherapist at associate level or independently licensed for a full-time hybrid position. The therapist will see women, men, families, kids, couples and polycules, with a focus on LBGTQ+ and BIPOC communities.

Spanish speaking is a bonus, and about 20 clients per week is expected. We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing supervision, paid time off, medical benefits, and an annual $500 educational stipend.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 clients per week.
• Open to long-term employment and growth within the practice.
• Certified or trained in one or two modalities is a plus, but not required. Spanish speaking is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to a diverse client base (women, men, families, kids, couples, polycules).
• Develop and follow treatment plans and maintain ethical practice.
• Work in a hybrid setup and attract clients independently when needed.

Hello there! I am looking to hire one more full-time, hybrid psychotherapist to my team, associate level or independently licensed. A real go-getter, who is not afraid to attain clients on their own (Psychology Today, WPP, Facebook groups).

It would be great if this individual is looking to stay with us a while or forever, and someone interested or open to seeing women, men, families, kids, couples, polycules, and work with the LBGTQ+ and BIPOC populations. Someone certified or trained in one or two modalities is a plus, but not required. Spanish speaking also a bonus. Minimum 20 clients per week.
