Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for Idaho State Correctional Institution in Kuna, ID. The NP will perform mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatments under a psychiatrist's direction and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in a correctional environment.

The role requires an Idaho license with DEA, with preference for 1+ year PMHNP experience and prior correctional exposure. Weekday day shifts and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Idaho license & DEA or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of one year's experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• Experience in a correctional or institutional setting preferred.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides mental health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients under the clinical direction of a psychiatrist and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

Working Hours

Weekday shifts, days. Ability to work 4 ten-hour or 5 eight-hour shifts.
