Allure of Moline – East Moline, IL, is seeking a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator (PRSC) to assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Social Services Department in line with regulations and facility policies. • Bachelor's degree in a human services field (including sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or psychology).
• Minimum of one year of supervised experience in mental health or human services is preferred.

• Review facility policies and procedures as part of the interdisciplinary team to assure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in developing facility social work policies and quality assurance team meetings.
• Document progress in meeting residents' psychosocial needs and assist in discharge planning and referrals.
