Job summary

Warlow Apartments is seeking a motivated maintenance team member to upkeep commercial and multi-unit residential properties from turn-of-the-century to modern buildings. Typical hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm with on-call and snow removal duties.

You will perform cleaning, minor repairs, basic electrical, painting and plumbing tasks, plus landscaping and daily work orders, in a detail-oriented, safety-minded environment. High school diploma preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass drug testing, background checks.
• Experience in maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic repairs.
• High school diploma or vocational training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas and vacant apartments.
• Landscaping: mowing and weed-eating.
• Complete daily assigned work orders timely and professionally.
• Perform minor building, electrical, painting, and plumbing repairs.

Do you have a desire to be part of a maintenance team working on commercial and muti-unit residential properties from turn-of-the-century to brand new structures? If YES, then we are looking for you!! We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented candidate to join our Maintenance Team. Normal work hours are M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm with some on call and snow removal hours.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas and vacant apartments.
• Landscaping: Mowing, and weed eating.
• Complete daily assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform minor building, electrical, painting, and plumbing repairs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess a valid drivers’ license and pass mandatory drug testing, background investigation, and physical ability screening.
• Previous experience in maintenance preferred
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• High school or equivalent / Vocational Education preferred
