The successful candidate will develop research and teaching programs that integrate environmental constraints into engineering design and collaborate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in Engineering, Engineering Education, Design, or related field by appointment.
• Demonstrated record of scholarship appropriate to career stage and potential for external support.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in design engineering and related fields.
• Advise students and contribute to the MADE program with RISD.
• Engage in curricular and programmatic leadership and service.
