Job summary

La Estancia Private Club and Residences is seeking an energetic full-time Server to provide exceptional guest service in a bustling dining area. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

A valid driver's license and background/drug screening are required, with food handler certification essential; TABC certification is a plus. Weekend/evening availability is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Background and drug screening required.
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Food handler certification required; TABC certification a plus.
Weekend/evening availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet patrons and assist guests with ordering and recommendations.
Operate cash register and handle cash accurately.
Deliver food to guests with a friendly smile and professional demeanor.
Maintain a clean and orderly dining area and restock as needed.
Assist with inventory, bussing tables, and general kitchen-dine operations.
Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
