Job summary

Premier Community HealthCare Group in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant to join our float pool. This full-time role delivers high-quality, patient-centered primary care across Family Medicine and Pediatrics, with coverage across West Pasco locations.

The APRN/PA will diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, educate patients, collaborate with physicians and teams, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an accredited NP program (Family Medicine or Pediatrics preferred).
• Florida APRN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• DEA license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 3 years of NP/PA experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care within scope of practice in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document encounters accurately in the EHR in line with standards.
• Support after-hours on-call rotation and coverage needs.
• Travel between clinic sites as needed.
