❤️HEART OF FLORIDA HEALTH CENTER in Belleview, Florida, is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to deliver comprehensive primary care services. You will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide outpatient services, manage chronic conditions, and ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing and has Florida licensure as an APRN. The role offers a full-time position with benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plan contributions.

Formación

• Current BLS Certificate from an accredited AHA or American Red Cross provider.
• National certification in your NP specialty area through an accredited certifying body.
• Maintain continuing education requirements to renew licensure and certification periodically.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including acute and chronic care.
• Conduct physical assessments and prescribe medications for treatment and preventive care.
• Report relevant information affecting patient care to the Medical Director.

Conocimientos

Strong clinical skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)

Educación

Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
